Old Charm, Engineered for Right Now
The Urban Series takes the arched or flat-top, black-iron entryway aesthetic that defines so much of the Gulf South's classic architecture and builds it on a modern, code-driven frame. Every unit is constructed from 12-gauge tubular iron with a 1⅝" stile width and 2" depth, set in a 1" wide, 6" deep jamb — proportions built for strength, not just appearance.
The system is available in single and double door configurations, with sidelites, transoms, and fixed glass sections, so the same look can scale from a simple entry to a full arched, multi-panel storefront-style opening. Square or flat-top and round-top options are both available, so the style can match whatever the architecture calls for.
Built to Perform, Not Just Look the Part
Rated for real Gulf Coast pressure. Design pressure rated to +70.0/-70.0 PSF, with configurations tested up to 240" in width and 176" in height on round-top units.
Impact certified where it matters most. Available in HVHZ-certified configurations (FL27072, FL47017) for High Velocity Hurricane Zones, plus WZ3-rated options (FL32367) — with horizontal, vertical, and angle mull compatibility for custom configurations.
Details built to last. Double astragal standard, flush bolts top and bottom on the inactive panel, four hinges per door panel, and glass tolerance from 5/8" up to 1½" thick.
