Who we are

For 36 years, Beach Lumber, a family-owned company, has provided cutting-edge solutions to the building industry with a focus on exceptional customer service.

From humble beginnings, the lumberyard has expanded to offer specialty millwork, premium grade commodities, and custom windows and doors for the professional contractor. Beach Lumber has also grown in its staffing to exceed the demands of the customers. "The Shop" is located in Long Beach, MS and is a second home to many. As the family business grows, so does the Beach Lumber family. Several fond memories have been made with many more on the horizon.

The Bible has been a guiding force behind the decisions made within the company. Owner, Lanny Moore Jr., can be heard routinely saying. "Every good business principle can be found right here in the Bible." Words passed down from one generation to this next and will continue to be our cornerstone as we engage with the building industry, the community, and our staff here on the Gulf Coast.

Derived from that, these four core principles were established-Trust, Integrity, Discipline, and Excellence. Beach Lumber is anchored to these principles, and by doing so we can offer dependable service to our customers, providing them with a trustworthy partner for their daily operations and success.
